Hotel Park Palace is a four-star hotel set in a historic Florentine villa in a quiet residential area near the Boboli Gardens and Piazzale Michelangelo. The grounds include a large furnished garden, an outdoor swimming pool, a rooftop terrace and a tennis court, with views over the Tuscan hills. Rooms are air conditioned and come with minibars, and there is an à la carte restaurant on site. Families and pet owners are welcome, and parking is available. The historic centre, Piazza del Duomo and the bus terminal are roughly 20 to 25 minutes away on foot or by car, so guests trade convenience for a greener, calmer setting. Some reviewers find the room decor and breakfast a little uninspiring.
