Hotel Pietre Nere Resort is a four-star countryside resort a short drive outside Modica in southeast Sicily, within reach of Noto, Ragusa and the Cava Ispica park. Rooms are contemporary in style and comfortably appointed, and guests can use a full spa and wellness centre, gym, sauna, hot tub, outdoor pool, tennis court and an on-site restaurant. Family friendly, with room service, in-room Wi-Fi and free self-parking. It suits travellers touring the Baroque towns by car who want resort facilities rather than a town-centre base. The location is rural, so reaching restaurants and sights means driving, and the resort's size means it can feel busy in high season.
