Kindli Hotel in Zurich, Switzerland has a corrected score of 3.9 ± 0.2 (fair evidence, 2 of 4 platforms), ranked 9 of 162 hotels we score in Zurich. Its platform ratings, normalised to 0-5, average 4.2 before correction: Booking.com 4.2, Tripadvisor 4.3.
The Kindli Hotel is a small independent hotel set in a historic 16th-century townhouse in Zurich's Old Town, at Pfalzgasse 1 and Strehlgasse 24, close to Lindenhof park, Bahnhofstrasse and the financial district. It has 20 rooms, a library, laundry and dry cleaning services, and a continental breakfast. Its on-site restaurant draws both locals and visitors. Guests praise the central location, well-kept rooms and bathrooms, friendly staff and relaxed atmosphere. The building's age means it suits travellers who like character over modern chain-hotel uniformity, and with only 20 rooms it can fill up quickly in high season.
