Landhotel Alte Muehle is a family-run hotel set in a restored former mill on Mauren 2 in Ehningen, in the Maurener Tal valley at the edge of the Schoenbuch park. The rural, park-like grounds include a garden and spa facilities, and the hotel welcomes children and pets, with parking on site and an in-house restaurant. Rooms come with kitchenettes and Wi-Fi, and guests can reach the Mineraltherme hot springs and the Stadtmuseum in Sindelfingen, roughly 11 km away. It suits families and travellers after a quiet countryside base rather than an urban stay. One caveat from guest feedback: mobile phone and Wi-Fi reception can be unreliable on the property.
