Mantra Sirocco is a beachfront apartment resort on The Esplanade in Mooloolaba, Queensland, directly opposite the sand. Opened in 2001, it offers fully self-contained two- and three-bedroom apartments with ocean views, catering to families, holidaymakers and business guests. Facilities include a gym, spa tub, heated swimming pool, parking, meeting rooms and laundry services, and attractions such as Underwater World, Australia Zoo and Eumundi Markets are within reach. Guest feedback is generally positive, with reviewers praising the location, space and family-friendly feel, though some note the decor is dated and beds can be uncomfortable. A sensible choice for families wanting apartment space right by the beach rather than hotel-style polish.
