The Radisson Blu Schwarzer Bock is a historic hotel in the Mitte district of Wiesbaden, first opened in 1486 on the site of thermal springs above the foundations of Roman baths. It began life as a bathhouse and has since been fully modernised while keeping its traditional character. Rooms are spacious and come with free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and a minibar, and guests can use the restaurant, room service, bar and meeting and event facilities. Parking and valet parking are available, and pets and children are welcome. Wilhelmstrasse, Schlossplatz and the Colonnade are all within a five-minute walk, with the Marktkirche and Kochbrunten about ten minutes away. The pool is small and shallow, which may disappoint swimmers.
